Hey everyone! I'm brand new to the ukulele and just started looking at tabs. I'm okay with chords, but when it comes to tabs (like fingerpicking melodies), I get totally lost. š Any advice on how to practice tabs effectively as a complete beginner?

Yesss, slowing down is key. Iād also say use a metronome (even a phone app works). Even if youāre playing crazy slow, it teaches timing early. Also, break songs into tiny sections. Iād practice 4ā5 notes at a time, loop them, then move on. āOde to Joyā in tab form was my breakthrough song!
